I know that all of us will have to come to this forum eventually but I didn't think it would be my turn so soon.

One of my babies from my very first litter of puppies has died.

I had given him to my husbands cousin who had recently lost a maltese. she loved that little dog soooooooo much, he meant everything to her and went everywhere with her he slept with her and he is all she talked about.

She called me this morning crying, to tell me he had died.

He started to have trouble breathing, she thought he had something in his throat so she took him to the vet. they xrayed him and said there was a grey mass in his chest that was pushing against his heart and lungs and his lungs were filling up.

The vet thought it was from a trauma but she said as far as she knew he hadn't been injured. He hadn't fallen or gotten hit or been around any other dogs.

They tried giving him oxygen but he died in her arms.

Please Lord put your arms around her and comfort her as she suffers this pain.

I'm sorry little Goober, i hope you know how much you were loved. You will be missed.
