Here is what Project Playlist says about random shuffle:
In order to turn OFF or turn ON shuffle/random for your playlist on myspace (or any other site besides playlist.com), you need to remove the old playlist from your page the same way you added it to your page, and get a new code.
Remove from your page (myspace or any other site)
Click here to generate new code and choose either random/shuffle ON or random/shuffle OFF
