I would try and get him back. Get the police report , too and show them. If you really want him back, i'd do what it takes.
It is because he is your dog. The people who have him are taking great care of him and all that, but, just because they find a dog, does not mean they should keep him without searching for the orignal owner first. |
I don't think the original officer (even though he was a sargeant) took an actual report, and I didn't know any better at the time. I just explained what happened and that was it, they said oh ~ it is a civil matter, we can't find her, and that was it?
