There are may options, locate a reputable breeder (many on YT), go on Petfinder and put in an application (some are out of state that ship them to your state), go on craigslist NJ (they get flagged quickly-I look and forward them to my daughter and she posts them on YT so she can post them ) or there is also United Yorkie Rescue and also YTers post there newborns and rehomings....Good Luck, I'm sure you'll find 1 or 2 or 3?
