Shampoo may have irritated her little bottom, too. I don't think it's anything to worry about. I would just make a point of taking her out to pee right after the bath/drying. I have to take mine out after I blow dry her and she gets through romping. She'll have to pee after every bath. And you do want to be careful not to get water into the ear canal.
