Sorry to hear about Harley. Has he had his shots? He should be better soon. As far as heart murmur is concerned, it is true that some children outgrow their murmurs, too, so I suppose he has a fairly good outlook.
As far as Harley eating anything and everything, all puppies are that way. Relax! Your puppy will pick up on your anxiety and become a highly anxious dog. Just puppy-proof as much as humanly possible and keep him within a limited safe area. I wish him the very best.
