Lucy is a kisser too. She gives me genuine kisses (sometimes I ask for them, shh) and other times she licks like crazy bc of my makeup, moisturizer, chap stick, etc. If I have lotion on my hands or something she will try to lick them. I don't let her lick up my nose, ears, etc bc that just repulses me! I'm sure people think it's weird enough that I kiss my dog.
I had a shih tzu poodle mix before Lucy when I was growing up and she was never a kisser. She did give me a random kiss one time right before she passed away though.
My fiance's parents have a shih tzu and he is not a kisser either.
