That's a good question...I read in another article (regarding the same issue) that if you give your dog a multi-vitamin that contains any of those supplements/vitamins that I listed above as blood thinners, it should be stopped as well prior to surgery.
If it were me, I would discontinue any supplements that contain any of those things regardless of whether or not I homecook. I would not discontinue anything like calcium, b-vitamins, etc...only vitamin c, e, fish oil, joint supplements, etc.
Obviously, some foods are high in this vitamin/mineral or that vitamin/mineral, but as far as actual supplements go, I would/do discontinue 10-14 days prior to surgery.
