Maybe try a high quality food like Wellness. I feed it to Scooter and a lot of YTers agree that it is a really good food. I did not do a slow transition for Scooter because he refused to eat his old food, purina one, once I put wellness in his bowl. We never had stomach issues with the switch and I swear his coat is better and he is more lively because he is getting good food.
