Ok I was talking to a person how may or may not have really been interested in my Yankee I am selling. My origional price was 1500 on a spay/neuter contract but to the right home I would consider 1000. not to receive the papers until I have proof from the vet that he had been fixed. He can not be bred because he only has one testical and would need to be fixed! My vet said that the procedure would cost me approx 350 +/- plus the vet visit. So she said that she would have no problem with the testical thing but would not be able to get him fixed right off. (Well around here if peaple say that and I know not everyone is the same but still. They say they will get them fixed but instead get the dog ckc reg and still use him. So I offered to go ahead and have him fixed but the price would be 1500 with a 500 deposit to take care of all of the vet bills. Was I wrong?? Mind you I have no problem keeping my baby. I was just selling him to replace him for my breeding program. If this is what I am going to run into I will just keep him. I know he is safe here of not being bred.
