I was a bit worried about her popping the balloons. But, surprisingly, it doesn't bother her at all! She grabs the popped balloon and takes it somewhere where she wants to chew it. That's when I step in and take it off her. She was first afraid of the balloons and had them several weeks lying about. We always threw her toy towards them so she would have to go close to the balloons to get her toy. She learned it wouldn't hurt her so she started one day chasing the balloon. Then we would always throw the balloon on her nose and she found it very amusing. She loves to play this way so much that she whines and growls until we play with her again. It's her favourite game and she also likes squeaky toys. Now we have to hide the balloon if we want her to leave us alone.

I must say I get a fright when balloon pops and I am not even close to it!
