I agree with u Franceen - none of the breeders came across as animal lovers at all- their focus seemed to all on the money. I thought it was awful when that one lady was talking about having the ridgeback puppies born without ridges put down - even though the vet interviewed said that the ridge was infact a spinal problemI don't claim to know anything about breeding but couldnt these pups be placed in homes (for no fee if necessary)rather than being killedit just seemed like senseless killing to me. I know that there are many many breeders who ARE animal lovers, but you wouldnt think so by watching that programme last nite. It was beyond cruel.
