He knows now to sit and stay as I leave and my heart still breaks every morning but it gets easier, like someone said, we have to work for them and their needs but definitely get the unconditional love in return.

Oh also, I spend a lot of time with him once I get home, the cooking and dinner always wait

Aww I'm so glad to hear things are working out for you and Duke! He sounds like such a good boy! Hopefully Honey will adjust easily as well without getting too sad.
