I just called customer service again and they took a look at my acount and saw that WE DO HAVE EXPANDED SERVICE, she is CLUELESS as to why they took it off. She said that the expanded service was added yesterday  

 ... so now i have to call billing on monday to MAKE SURE that we are getting teh expanded service for the promised price.........
