You are not a bad person. You are just overwhelmed. Trying to keep up with a 4 year old.. two new puppies, and two older dogs (one which is jealous) and you are wondering if you are stressed? You are not superwoman. Very few people could do all of that and still give the little puppies the attention they need. Is there someone who could take one of the little puppies for awhile to help you out? Then you would know for sure.
If your husband is noticing it, too.. then sweetie... you need someone to help you out for a bit.

If I was closer.. I would gladly take one of them for awhile.. to give you a break and to help you decide what to do.
