Do you want to stay with a kibble or are you willing to homecook or feed raw?

If you're firm on kibble, I guess if it's this severe - I'd probably move away from this kind of protein and head toward a fish based kibble. I'd recommend Wellness Core Ocean - it has a mid-range protein, and isn't chock full of ingredients, which is probably good bc with allergies the intestine can sometimes be sensitive.

I would get off the Nutro asap. I don't know the size of the Ocean kibble, so perhaps see if a sample is availbe (otherwise, you could break it up). But I'd really recommend fish.
