I know exactly what you mean. Zoe doesn't like the rain or the snow either for that matter. She never has an accident in the house but once the snow gets here, I'm not as confident! As for the rain, we've had a lot but she can hold it for awhile. She will go out quick if it's not raining too hard but otherwise she just looks at me like forget it mom, no way I'm going out there!
