I haver not picke dSuzi up by the harness, but, I have a retractable leash. It goes out 16 ft .Sometimes, she runs and the leash pulls hard on her...

However, wearing a harness, she is fine. I hate it when it happens, but, it sometimes does. I'd rather still use a harness then a collar... She is 7.5 lbs .
