wow Tootsie does that also...hehe...but my female Maltese marks...strange...but she does...hehe...
to the OP...belly bands are great for markers! and from what i was told was that if you had gotten neutered before he got into that habit he would never start marking but since he has then he will continue to do so...so that is what i told my sister and she got her boys neutered before they showed any sign of marking and they have not tried marking yet...so maybe there is some truth to that...
