Neutering certainly helps with marking, while the testicles make the vast quantity of testosterone, the body does make some and even some females will mark. So while neutering stops most males from marking insid, most will continue to mark outside. I think it's important to walk your dog, and give him this opportunity. They seem to really enjoy this. He could be marking in the office, because he smells other dogs have been there before. I think I would use bellybands when I took him other places.
