Hi everyone. I hope all are well and good. Our Scooter just turned 3.
I wonder if my Scooter is the only one that will not go outside to pee pee in the rain. He is always walked 2-3 times a day and usually does his "business" then. But....when it is raining , he sticks his cute head out the patio door and backs back inside real quick. It has been a problem lately because we have had a lot of rain here in Oklahoma. We have tried everything we can think of. Like today, my husband went home at lunch to take him out. It had quit raining. As soon as he got him on his leash, it started to pour rain. I am worried about him holding it all day.
Any suggestions, anyone ?
