Never use the kennal as a punishment. Ever! It should be a good place
to go for your pup. Puppy's bite! They just do. They are getting their teeth

Saying no once will not do the trick. You must have patience and be
consistant. If I said no once to Buddy I've said it a billion times over
four years. That's life with a pet. Don't yell that will only frighten her and
she won't trust you. Just be firm. Be her leader and show teach her.
She will love you for it.
