She was a poodle named Missy. This happened really close to where I used to live. People fly down that highway ALL the time and never get stopped, but the one time someone actually needs to get somewhere they get stopped! I have a friend that was pulled over going almost 100 right around where they were stopped and she didn't even get a ticket!
