Welcome to YT! I wouldn't worry about your baby eating the corn. you will probably see it again later today or tomorrow. It generally goes right through them!
You just want to avoid it in their food as it doesn't have any nutrional value and can cause allergies in some pets.
My girls love popcorn too.
