Just Wondering if males can sense its about time to whelp! My little girl is a first time mommy! We are expecting one puppy I have read that one puppy can be a large puppy so we are worrried but we have a wonderful vet that is on standby should something go wrong! but she really is not big at all, but has lots of milk!I have been taking her temp in the AM and PM it has been up and down ! she is still eating no signs of nesting just wants to be lazy and stay beside me!But the strange thing is that my little male has been grooming her and nibbling on her neck this am! he just started this so iam wondering if this means she will go tonight or tomm. We are prepared I have everything ready including the ice-cream
for momma! All we can do is wait this has been so scary since i have never had just one puppy Our vet said the puppy is really strong and healthy! We are just praying for mommy
