Yes, one of mine gets VERY carsick.
She is very nervous in the car and pants and whines and paces. Which is odd because when she was younger she went to my parents house with me at least every other day and was fine. If I have to take her further than the vet, which is not often, maybe once or twice a year, I generally give her a PetEase before hand and it really tends to help calm her and eliminate the problem.
