I think they will eventually grow out of it. Teddy used to bite my arms, fingers, legs, and feet. What I learned works for him is to stoop down to his level and say "NO" is a loud and stern voice. He looks at me shocked and backs off. I've been doing that now for awhile, and he hasn't done it anymore. (However, this is in regards to him biting my clothes when I got dressed) The actual biting of feet etc he actually grew out of.
