Two weeks is plenty of time to wait for payment as promised. And sending $800, she really should have used Priority Mail or UPS or Fedex. I personally would advertise the puppy again, as she hasn't responded in over a week. If you receive the cashier's check while the puppy is still for sale, I would still let her have the puppy assuming she responds to you AND the check is good and legit.
