My sister in law had a beautiful litter of Persian kittens and she placed one with a lady in KY. The kitten appeared fine etc, grew.
The lady called and told my sister in law what the vet said so she brought the kitty back we went to the vet with her and could not believe this was true and the small size made it unrepairable for the kitten. We were with her when they put the lil kitty down.
It broke all of our hearts she looked perfect in everyway.
SO it is possible that the vet is indeed right! because we thought NO WAY could this be this kitten ate and grew and used the litter box. Just unreal!
