Seems to me after you placing that pup on hold for you so he/she was no longer available for sale that you should sit back and wait for that pup to be sold. And I find the paypal thing a very tacky and rude way to deal with this.

I understand what you are saying completly! but she only held the puppy for me for 3-4 days not that long at all, and she was advertising it for weeks prior so its not like she lost out on anything. Now how long do I have to wait for the partial refund is what I'm worried about, another 3-4 weeks or longer it doesn't make sense to me. Now I would understand if I took the puppy in my possesion "paid in full" or if she was holding it for me for a week or two but she wasn't.

But thanks for your advise from a dog breeders point of view
