Hi everyone,

I posted here recently about Biff's knee issues. I took him to the surgeon today to have his LP surgery checked to make sure that that's not the cause of his limping/hopping. Turns out the pins that they put in when they did the surgery have started to move around. They said that they can be taken out (for a small fortune of course - 800 on top of the 2500 we already paid for the surgery). I opted to see if maybe they shift over the next few weeks into a more comfortable position before jumping into another surgery. Has anyone had issues with shifting pins? If so...do you have any advice, did I make the right decision? I don't want to put him through more surgeries than necessary and I certainly don't want to spend 800 more dollars if that's not necessary either. I'd appreciate any suggestions, advice, comments that you all have.
