If it was me, my opinion is this, I would go to the emergency room. Here in Calif. I have been told that they can not turn you away from ER if you have no insurance. Have you called the emergency room and talked to someone? I would do that and explain you have no insurance and see what you are told. Prayers it isn't any thing serious. If you go to the er please be sure to tell them what you have taken for pain.
