Some years ago a breeder/friend took a $500 deposit on a bitch we co-owned...she refused to return it when the buyers husband had a stroke. I returned the money myself, told the buyer I would deal with the co-owner..and it bought me such good will..my grooming/boarding business went through the roof...and so did the requests for my puppies. You can not buy a good reputation...well, I guess that is not true..it cost me $500..LOL
The breeder/friend and I parted ways..I asked her to simply treat this woman the way she would want to be in the situation..she refused to return a dollar. |
See, that's why I like you! There's NO reason a person should take someone's hard earned money. In my opinion people like that are out for the money and it's not just about the welfare of the dog.
