Hi everyone! Thank you so much for ALL your responses I really appreciate them

The reason we are not getting the dog is because my husband did not get a job he was suppose to get there for limiting our funds.

There was no written contract, but everything that was said was done through email so everything said is noted. It was an ad on puppyfind and I paid her the deposit through paypal.

I have another question how would paypal handle this if I were to open up a dispute case??? She had the puppy on puppyfind for weeks and could not place it, and she only held it for me for only 3 days, I really don't see where she could of lost a sale on the puppy in that short of time especially since the puppy was on puppyfind for about 3 weeks prior.
