OK, I DID actually get to see her swim Sat night. She did awesome! And exactly how bad would you feel if you felt you were in your prime in your swimming career and you got beat by someone old enough to be your mom?

I was so mad last night! I was watching the gymnastics competition...I knew that it had happened earlier in the day and made a point not to watch anything that would give the results and ruin it for me and TOLD my husband that. (He'd already told me he knew what happened.) I was watching the floor routine competition, the Chinese girl was still in silver medal position w/ Nadia and the Romanian girl left to compete. He came in and says, "Yeah, they all managed to keep the Chinese from getting ANY medal in that event." I just looked at him and said, "YOU IDIOT! Thank you for ruining it for me!" I told him he was banned from watching any future Olympic TV with me unless he agreed to wear duck tape on his mouth!
