I totally agree!! And I think the webmaster would have to keep record of who created that account and the info they gave. Even if it fake information they gave, the IP address can still be traced to and find out what ISP they have, there ARE ways of narrowing it down. This sounds as sick as thing that were being said over in the chat the other night!
