Well, I can tell ya, that was mild in comparison to the very distrubing email I got Saturday afternoon, which included a photoshopped picture of my 7 y.o. daughter to make it look like she had facial deformities!
Words cannot even describe the emotion... So apparently the 'snakes' are everywhere.
All other issues aside, I am happy to hear that there is a surgeon that is willing to step in who feels like they can help Emma. That sounds very promising for her.
