I think you should phone your vet for peace of mind. Has she ate anything out of the norm that may have caused her stomach to be upset? When Alfie was throwing up, I phoned the vet to be sure. It turned out I gave him a bit of fruit (which I know I shouldn't have but he loved it) that didn't agree with him. The vet told me to take his food away from him and not to feed him for 24 hours but to leave fresh water out for him. She also said to give him a tablespoon of milk and if he was no better in the morning I had to bring him in. I thought he wouldn't have taken it but he did and after a few hours he started perking up and was back to normal again the next day.
