Default Probably around six

Rule of thumb is triple it at eight weeks and double it at twelve, though I've heard some reputable breeders say double at ten, and I've seen that work out too. Part of it depends on the condition of the dog at the time. Obviously, if the dog is ill at either stage, the weight is already off. I bought Tea in perfect health at ten weeks and she was 1.8 pounds, now she's only three, so she didn't double. I rescued Tali full grown at two pounds, but that's because the owners were starving her, and she's around four pounds now.

It's really not an exact science, but if yours is healthy and well-nourished right now, she should be around six at nine months, but could vary between five and seven.
