If it's as serious as others are saying then I'd almost call and drive for a hour to get her there so she can be treated, would you rather drive the hour and have her safe or wait it out and things get worse? Are you 100% sure there's no emergency vet closer? Even in the small town I live in, we have an emergency number for the vet.
