Good luck!! I thought I had the best dog in the world but Tobey has become more and more of a barker and it drives me nuts.
He can see the things he barks at though, out the front window, or when he's out in the back yard. Sometimes he won't bark at one certain neighbor, but then another one he goes NUTS on! And then there is this cat that roams around.....Tobey can not stand the cat!!
I've tried spraying him with water, using a stern "no bark", and the penny in a can shaking.
One good thing did happen out of the barking though. When I was out of town, my husband woke up to Tobey barking out the front window (he stands on the back of his fav chair). When my husband went to get Tobey to stop, he noticed that someone was trying to break into his car!! He yelled out the door and the guy ran off! Good little watch dog!!
