I am so sorry you are going through this; I think this is one of the many reasons people need to find a good veterinarians, someone who they really feel like they can trust. Some vets might suggest unnecessary treatments when the outcome might not be favorable just to increase their money. However, if you found a vet you can trust than I would listen to them and take their advice at this terribly emotional time, when it's hard to decide what's really best for the pet. My heart goes out to you.


To those people who don't get it, "it's just a dog", my heart goes out to them as well because this means that they have never known the love of a dog.
