It sounds like she's off to a good start. When Lucy was a puppy I never let her out of my sight. If you catch your puppy going potty in the house and NOT on her pee pad just tell her "NO" and then take her to where she should be peeing. If you discover the accident later, there is nothing you can do but thoroughly clean it up. Try tracking how often and what times she is going potty. She may need an extra potty break somewhere in the day if the accidents are at a consistent hour.
