I agree with you both! I was actually stunned when I read this in the newspaper. It was just a small item tucked away in the recesses. To me, this is like a major news piece. I am still reeling from this.
Yes, that is a good point you make. Shoot 'em but don't spank 'em. It's getting to be very looney and seems like just a bad dream a parent might have.
