They've closed down their website
A couple of weeks ago I ordered something from Sears Home Center, because I was looking at the same item online somewhere else for more money - I figured it was Sears, I could always return it. Charged it on my Sears card and knew if I didn't want it, I couldn't take it back to the store.
Well the color was not at all that was pictured, so I was going to return it and went back today just to look at their site and it is closed down "due to unforeseen circumstances"
-- I called the number that pops up on their website to inquire about my return and was told I had Sears Home Center by some guy, but when I started asking questions and asking about returning my merchandise, he got all huffy and said you'll have to call customer service on Monday before returning anything - at which point, the number I'm looking at said I just dialed customer service - UGH
I've searched online and can't find anything about them closing down this website and apparently 2 others - anyone know anything about this???? I was thinking that I heard once that they had Sears Home Center stores - is that true?? And if so, does anyone know if they are still open?
