 Question about show coat.
I have a little girl who is 17 weeks old - and she has mats close to her skin under her front legs. If I have to shave her to remove the mats, will this ruin her coat if she proves to be quality enough to show in the future? Does it change the texture or does the coat come in a different color? I am going to try to work through the mats - but that may prove to be impossible. I'll appreciate any information anyone has regarding this problem. Thank you. |
