I'm so glad you got answers and she is feeling better. I would suggest you limit her exercise. The prednisone gives a false sense of well being and they can injure themselves further. This happened with my daughter's yorkie. After the prednisone, Kirby seemed fine and they didn't keep him quiet as the vet told them. He ended up with a ruptured disc that took around 8 weeks to recover from. He had to be kept in a cat crate to limit movement. I don't mean to sound like I'm telling you what to do, but reading your post made me think of Kirby. Best wishes!
