I was going to post that link too. I have made a simple vest with that pattern with polar fleece and velcro, very easy and no sew.
My only problem I had was trying to print the pattern... it kept printing a really small size one no matter which size I picked to print. I had to save the pattern first and then print it from the saved location for it to be the correct size, not sure if anyone else had that problem.
