Nothing beats eating right, not even vitamins but junk food once in awhile isn't that terrible at your age.The old saying "You are what you eat" is so true, lots of fruit and veggies and throw away the vitamins....now not completely. A good multi vitamin is important if your body can absorb it. Also some people may be lacking in a certain vitamin and then it might be needed but that could also be made up for by eating food high in that vitamin.
