Don't waste your money on a pad holder. Your baby will find a way to get it loose, shred it or otherwise get it where it is not supposed to be. Get washable pads. You will love them. Little Bit makes wonderful washable pee pads. I had this issue with Gracie. She eventually grew out of it, long before I learned about the washable pads!
